Truvela identifies a product from a single photo and compares every detail with public genuine reference photos.

How to use

  1. Fit the product in the viewfinder, tap to focus, then shoot. Make the logo, label or product code clearly visible.
  2. Tap Analyse product. It usually takes 15–25 seconds.
  3. Review the verdict, reference comparison and evidence. If asked, add one close-up photo for a more accurate result.

FAQ

Is the result a certificate of authenticity?

No. Truvela compares your photo with public reference photos for guidance. Check with an authorised retailer before any important purchase.

Why does it say “Not enough data”?

Key details were not visible, or no reference photos of the exact model were found. Shoot closer, in good light, with the logo, label or product code sharp.

Are my photos stored?

No. Photos are sent to the Truvela server and AI providers for analysis and are not kept afterwards. See the Privacy Policy.

The camera does not open?

Go to Settings → Truvela and turn on Camera. You can also pick an existing photo from your library.
